Dear Superior Pasties Customers, Today we are faced with an unfortunate situation. After two years with us Angie has decided to pursue a different career. Cathy, who is Angies mom, has decided to retire and will be leaving us as well. faced with this dilemma, Lisa and I had to make a tough decision. Should we close the shop or do our very best to keep going at this diminished capacity? We have chosen the later. We will be open Wednesday thru Friday 10am to 6 pm Saturday 10am to 4 pm. We will be closed Sun,Mon,Tues but Lisa and I will be in house here Baking only. These hours may be adjusted depending on supplies and availability. We encourage you all to call to confirm these hours before heading out. We totally understand how uncomfortable this may be for our loyal customers, with your support we can still supply you all with fresh pasties, only at a diminished capacity. We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you all to begin calling in your orders ahead of time as orders will still take precedence during this difficult time. In today's climate, finding adequate employees is extremely difficult. We will make every effort to find and train new employees A.S.A.P. Superior Pasties has been in Livonia since 1991. The shop was initially located on Plymouth Rd. near Merriman Rd. In 2008 previous owners Dave and Mary Ostrowski moved the shop down the road a bit to the current location at the corner of Plymouth Rd. and Stark Rd. in the Senate Coney Island strip mall. In 2014 the Ostrowski's passed the "Pasty Torch" to the current owner Monte De Forest. Armed with great original recipes and a unique desire to transform the Pasty, the new owner set out to make Superior Pasties a household name. It is our goal to make Superior Pasties a daily option for the people looking for something tasty, hearty, healthy, and within a budget.

My vision for Superior Pasties is simple; we only deal with local small business whenever possible, we hand make every Pasty by hand layering each and every ingredient, we treat every customer as much like family as possible, and we make our product affordable. Locally sourcing our ingredients allows us to use some of the best ingredients in the freshest ways possible. We have old world ways with a new world attitude. Handmade and homemade, the only way to get it right.
